Mechanical Error Out of the Box

This ID printer did not work out of the box. I assumed it was user error, but after speaking to both Bodno support and manufacturer support, it was concluded that there is an error with the machine. Extremely disappointing, especially after the money spent on it. Whoever I spoke to on the customer support, not technical support, was rude and impatient; however, technical support was great.
