This is the best hand soap I have ever used. Most handsoaps I used needed twice as much soap to get a little lather. It doesn't take much at all to get a good lather to get to scrubbing the hands.

Helped my hurting hands
Of course the Doc would create a great hand soap. I wash my hands a lot for my job, to the point where they actually hurt sometimes. This hand soap helped right away with this. It keeps my hands from drying out and it smells awesome too. The price is a bit steep for hand soap, but this is top notch stuff.
