Excellent cold brew
This tea is very nice to drink on an afternoon to shake off some of the stress you've accumulated during the day.
Even better, this tea is excellent as a cold brew! Put some tea in a glass of water and put it in the fridge in the morning. It will be a super refreshing and fragrant (reminds me of citrus) tea in the afternoon. Pure delight!

Apple and cinnamon-like flavor but steeps very quickly
I really liked how this tea tasted very sweet and had a great fragrance when I was making it. There is very little astringency to this tea. I tended to use 70-80º C water and got maybe 4 steeps out of it. The issue is that if you steep it for as long as recommended, it will come out very bitter unless you are using a lot of water (500 ml at least) and maybe about 1 tablespoon of leaves. This is because the steeping is inconsistent, and the first steeps leech out most of the flavor, unfortunately. For personal consumption in a 170 ml cup (each using about 150 ml of water per extraction) about 1 tablespoon of leaves, the steep times were best at 10, then 15, then 30, and then 45 seconds. After this, there is not much flavor. Overall great tea!
