Great customer service
While I haven’t had time to plant this product yet, I originally left a negative review about them asking for a review only 14 days after ordering, which doesn’t make sense if you know the product. I was quickly emailed back and they agreed with my complaint and assured me that they will now be sending review request out 4 months after purchase. Great that a company can be so responsive. Just one more reason why I love Tecomate!
