Zephyr Pro 60L

I haven’t had a chance to actually travel with it yet, but I’ve transferred all of my stuff from my old backpack to this one, tested the vacuum on a couple of big winter jackets, and everything works great. So much storage and thought, went into this product. I’m impressed.

Backpack Great! Customer Service Not!

Backpack is great but customer service not so much. It came with a discount offer and instructions to email for the code. Response was a request for a review. No code. I replied and asked for the code and they again asked for a review. When I sent them a photo showing the offer and no mention of the review, she backpedaled and said there was no obligation to review the product. Guess what? No discount code was sent. I replied and said I would not be purchasing the other item because of the poor customer service. She responded with a discount code that was 75% less than the offer that came with it. Very disappointed with the service. No more purchases and certainly will not recommend.

A great upgrade

Overall, a great bag and a huge upgrade over what I was using before. The bag is sturdy and made with high quality materials.
