EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I’m in the US, and a friend purchased the driving gloves for me. Long story short, the package kind of ended up in a limbo state where I didn’t receive it, then USPS said they mailed it back, but the Sun Smock team hasn’t received it back either. So unfortunately I never got to try the gloves ): But I explained my whole ordeal to them and they were very sympathetic and understanding to my situation. They had very quick responses, were cooperative, and were transparent with how RTS packages/shipping costs/refunds work. They reminded me they could have contacted Australia Post on my behalf so I didn’t have to make an international call (I shoulda thought of that), and left an inquiry with USPS as well. Even though they never received their gloves back, they understood the hassle I went through with trying to get the package and ended up giving my friend a full refund. Their customer service is beyond excellent!! I’m so grateful for their generosity and understanding. Your business is worth it for the customer service alone! Thanks Sun Smock team!!
