I love Sap's for hydration. I'm one of those people who generally feel the same all the time. I drink hydration powders and beverages after workouts because I know they're good for me. But I never really feel any different. My brother had some Sap's in his fridge and I drank one after a 12 mile run when I was training for a half. I literally felt better soon after and wasn't dragging the rest of the day like I usually am after a really long run. Ever since then I've gone out of my way to keep my fridge stocked with Sap's. It really is a difference maker. Love the stuff.
