Not only is the quality of these loafers amazing, but also the customer service! I was able to get an exchange for a size down as these loafers run very big, so be sure to go 1½ or 2 sizes down your usual size. I usually go for 8.5 - 9 UK (9.5 - 10 US), but this runs way too big even after I size down to 8 UK (9 US) for this specific order, so I got an exchange to 7 UK and they fit better.
