The grounding adapter does NOT work with my HomePower 3600 even though the support team direct me to purchase it so that I can use it to charge my EV. Still working with support to figure out what is happening and how we can resolve the issue since all documentation stated PRIOR to purchasing my 3600 that it would work to charge EV, but when it came to me actually connecting it all it says it is not detected. And this is AFTER the engineers pushed and update to my Jackery. So, still waiting on them to get back to me and sort all of this out.
