A great product does exactly what it’s supposed to no more horrible tasting water, clean drinking water from the convenience of your tap, so no more expensive jug cartridges to buy and remember to change every month. The canister sits nicely under the sink taking up no more room than any other cleaning product. I’m on my second canister and Custer service is great to highly recommend.

Fast delivery. Very easy to install. I'd been sent a discount voucher in the post which was nice however it wasnt valid toward the replacement filter/filters. Only for buying an add on which i dont need. That felt like a bit of a slap in the face as a returning customer.

The new capsule arrived swiftly and was easy to fit following the link to the instructions given. The water flowing is now back to the standard that we experienced when the filter was first fitted.
