2.0 Replacement Capsule

Being able to unscrew the top and just take out the old filter was extremely simple even for me with bad hands. Inserting the new one and resetting the time buzzer was very easy too!

Cartridge arrived didn’t fit in my existing case, msg water2 help and got a new case sent out straightaway. New filter larger better water flow at cold outlet than before. So very happy great service

I love my Water2 filter, and think the company are great too. When I recently ordered a replacement filter, I found it looked different to my old one, so it fit but the outer casing then wouldn't go on. I messaged the customer services team who were INCREDIBLY quick to respond to me (within about a minute) and let me know the new filter was an upgrade, still compatible with the old system and it was just the outer shell I needed to update. They sent a link so I could order the new outer casing there and then, and this also arrived super quickly. Goes without saying that my water also tastes SO much better and I like to know that a large proportion of the nasties have been filtered out of it.
