2.0 Replacement Capsule

Great customer service helped me all the way with the whole thing! I ordered a pod 2 filter instead of a pod1 and water2 sent me the Pod2 set up free of charge! Took 2mins to change over! Fantastic service all round! Thank you water2

Good design makes installation easy. Having said that I find the fact that the capsule shuts down water flow almost completely when it has "expired" extremely annoying and frankly disrespectful with customers who are forced to get a replacement or uninstall the capsule all together to get back to normal.

First re-fill and going forward we wouldn’t be without it. So easy to connect! Our water tastes so much better with this filter and we are saving money by not needing to buy bottled water or filters for a jug.
