Interesting way to test

I liked trying the 5 types of HMOs in the sample pack for some variety, good way to try a product without a large commitment

Good products

I received a sample package of this prebiotic. I also take the Akkermansia sfrom Layer Origin so I didn't really notice any immediate changes probably because the akkermansia is working so well for me.

Samples are the way To Go

Probiotics and I historically do not get along, so this is a great way to try before I buy. I've had gut issues for decades and the constipiotic seems to be very helpful. I've had no issues with the other products in the pack either, so fingers crossed that this might actually be the thing that helps!
