Great product, but missing pieces

The item was a gift, and when we opened it to install there were 2 sets of screws but no nuts! One set of screws were Phillips head and the other set were Allen, so glad to also have got the Allen wrench with it, but there were no nuts, so we couldn't install it the day we were going out.
