I unfortunately fell victim to USPS losing my package early in the shipping stages. I reached out to the shop owner in hopes to find some way to not let it be a total loss since I bought more than I’m willing to admit LOL. The shop owner was so kind and went out of their way to ensure my order got to me. I was originally very disappointed because it arrived so late (at no fault to the shop itself) but the customer service was top notch and fully deserves five stars. Not only that, these felties are good quality in comparison to other felties I’ve gotten in the past from similar shops! They’re thick and sturdy! Will 100% come back
