Although I had to take one star away because of your obvious problems with production of your puzzles, you have answered every request or question I've had very quickly. I haven't received my puzzles yet from you but I anxiously look forward to it. Then this 4 star rating will go up to a 5!

Pros & Cons

I have been pleased with prior purchases. Was lucky to finally get the Flipsi board. I recently pre- ordered the Two Christmas puzzles coming this fall. What I didn’t realize that I was charged for them already. Is this a regular practice. Just did not see that listed anywhere.

I have 14 Flips puzzles and am thrilled with all. am eagerly awaiting the newest set of three.
