My son lost a nut on his front tire and I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted customer support and they sent me the link to purchase another one and we're good to go. I bought the Gtrs bundle Sept of 2025 and both of my boys love their bikes. I'm now thinking about getting myself one as well!!!
