Wrong sizes
Because your website has zero assistance! The wrong size poles and bag was purchased which is useless to me! Can't ship back without purchasing a return. Atrocious service.

The only reason for 4 stars is because I needed the medium poke bag but I guess it was out of stock. I ordered the large and simply shortened it. It seems a little narrower than what would be best, but that may be because the medium has three poles and the large cabana has only two. However, so happy to not have to make my own. Thank you!!!!
