Cute item, took a long time to get here, over 2 weeks. Made of sturdy felt, so with that being said, it was packaged tight in about an 8x8 square, meaning it was all folded up. So when I opened it, the tree is full of hard creases that won’t just iron out or steam out. I’ve been trying to flatten it for a couple weeks using different methods, but those unappealing creases will not go away, and some of the edges will not stay flat. So annoying. It would have been better to package it rolled up so there were no permanent creases.
