Cute fleece but returned

I really wanted to keep this fleece; however based on some of the other reviews I ordered too small. I'm usually a small/medium (5'9" - 160lb - small D chest) and I ordered an extra small as some reviews said it was huge and boxy. It's a thicker fleece so yes it's boxy, but I was able to cinch per I wanted. However I wanted a looser fit and the XS was too small (also in the arm length) so I returned it. My size was sold out so I wasn't able to re-order, Although I think I may have ordered a Medium if I would have been able to although for a slighter fitter fit a small would have worked (I think). For reference I wear a small in their winter sweaters
