Ordered two hats. I was supposed to receive gifts. Never received them. Called the customer service, left a message, reached out to their team online. Never had a follow up. This is quite scary. If they can’t answer the phone or respond to their customers, I wonder how they can honour their warranty.

Arrived quickly, and was exactly as described. Great product.

Perfect hat over all with the cooling insert makes my day in the sun all the much better would recommend👍
