Think protein bar, but like a cookie. Dense, but it's good, and they're small bites so it's nice.

tasty treat, a little dry
these are yummy, good to mix in with other nutrition for a treat, but wouldnt be the only option for long days (dry texture will be tough to eat after awhile)
