ProSource® Original Protein

I have been taking this supplement for about two years now, because my medical team at the wound clinic said I needed more protein in my diet. The wound has finally started to shrink, but I don't know if the protein supplement has helped or not. Anyway, I'll keep buying it and taking it until this wound has finally healed completely. I do wish the supplement weren't so sweet though. It's cloying. But I can tolerate 2 Tbs!

taste is awful, how do we know its working?
