I bought this product after seeing promotional videos, but honestly it is very basic and nothing special. You can easily find better quality for a lower price elsewhere. The biggest issue is the customer service. I contacted the seller immediately after ordering to explain it was a mistake and asked for a return or exchange before even receiving the item, but I got no response. When the product arrived, I followed up again and clearly stated that it was unopened, yet my request was still refused. This kind of policy should be clearly communicated before purchase, especially in promotional content. Customers should know that once they buy, there is no support or flexibility at all. Overall, very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this product or this seller.
