Got the whole kit and have used it several times. The first mitt had a 'shedding' issue, but customer service sent me a new one right away. That issue has been resolved. The cleaning is just okay. It's good on new spills, not outstanding. It's not good on any stains that have set and, unfortunately, the cleaning solution does nothing for pet stains.
