I have been needing new pots and pans forever! I love how luxurious they feel. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. I love knowing, that I’m cooking safely.

Lousy customer service.

I ordered several sets of cookware in a pink color, which looked more orange when I got it. The color didn’t work and I exchanged it for titanium. I never got that order. Then I have been trying to return all of it, which was shipped in four boxes. I only got one shipping label. Since it’s too big and heavy to return in one box, I requested 4 labels. After weeks of writing to your AI customer service bot, I still didn’t get the labels I need. I can’t tell you how frustrated and angry I am. Best thing I can hope to do now is pay for the shipping myself. I will never shop with you again.
