INMOTION Climber

I really want to give this scooter 5 stars because it rides great and seems like an excellent product. Unfortunately, it arrived with a broken front fender that rubs against the front tire right out of the box. This was a graduation gift for my son, so it was disappointing to spend several hundred dollars on something that arrived damaged. I’m hoping INMOTION’s customer service will reach out and make this right. If they resolve the issue quickly, I’d be happy to update this review to 5 stars.

Clack noise in the back wheel

I'm happy to update this review when I receive a response from technical support, but this is our second climber and it's making a weird clack noise in the back wheel that I noticed in my first attempt to use it. My husband got one last year and it came in perfect condition. Mine unfortunately seems to have a problem and I'm not going to use it until I receive a response.

Amazing power for hills, and a great price! Outperforms much more expensive options.
