Absolutely love how the lens effects lighting at night. Adds a beautiful glow that is impressive and creates a wonderful atmosphere. In daytime natural light the softness adds an elegant touch. Great addition. I bought the 1/2 cinesoft for a more dramatic effect. And I am glad I did. This is my third lens from this company, and I am super happy with all of my purchases. Highly reccomended.
