These drinks are pretty good. Instead of water or milk, though I mix it with protein drinks. The pumpkin spice one is the best. I recommend it.

Does not mix the shake

This is a great mixing bottle for the smoothies that i get. Unfortunately it’s difficult to clean, there’s often little residue on the black mixer thing that I can’t get off.
