This my second Miro - the first one worked great, the second is not working and they entire unit gets soaking wet and shuts off. Have reached out to customer service with no reply.

Good humidifier, with some design quirks
Miro MAX is simultaneously over designed and under designed. The unit features numerous plastic parts that interlock and connect to achieve its unique visual design. Reservoir is large and most parts that come in contact with water are dishwasher safe, making Miro one of the few humidifiers that is. It catches excess condensation that settles and feeds it back into the water tank, which avoids the gross soppy exterior that some humidifiers acquire. The consumable fog-producing mechanism is replaceable meaning when it dies you can substitute it with another instead of replacing the whole unit.
The base control unit is missing a humidistat and produces awful PWM whine when the light is set to one of the dim settings. Refilling the reservoir is a little cumbersome.
