Very Disappointed

I have always LOVED your cookie cakes, but this time the cake was very dry. I was so disappointed because I bought it for my daughter's birthday. I do not live near your store, but it has always been worth the drive because the taste was so good. I was wondering if maybe something had happened or changed.

Cookie Cake

I ordered a cookie cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and it seemed old this time around. The cake was not fresh and it was crumbly as if it was days old. It also tasted stale. I previously purchased a cookie cake and it was marvelous.
