Delightful! Soft, dry, dusty, powdery. Not sticky. Not gritty. It has a small amount of kaolin in the middle. No hard crumbs. I love barro, and this is one of my favorites. Taste of the soft mini clay pots, but without the crunch. Delicious! Thank you!
