Great Machine

Have had the machine for about a month so far, very pleased with it as my first dual-boiler. The scheduled heat-up feature is perfect for my partner and I. Looks great in the kitchen, too! No issues so far apart from the portafilter handle's threads being a bit out of tolerance. WLL support was very helpful in sending over some reference photos of a portafilter they had in the shop, and I ended up just adding a bit of loctite. Would recommend :)

A “Machine” not a kitchen appliance.

I love this machine! After having a Saeco for over 20 years of moderate use, I wanted a more modern unit with PID, pre-infusion, shot timer etc… Well, I got rid of that all metal Saeco and bought a Breville Barista Pro. I know, I know. The first time I opened it up to do a simple mod, I was disappointed at the quality of the light duty components inside. After a year of four shots per day, the grinder took a dump. I had it repaired under warranty, which was a hassle. When returned to me, I put it up for sale and it sold quick. All this confirmed my mistake in buying a kitchen appliance rather than an espresso “machine”. After a lot of investigating I decided on a dual boiler Profitec Move. I am so happy with it. So many modern features I was looking for. It even has two auto warm up times each day. I didn’t know that was a thing, but I love it. It of course is all metal, heavy, and substantial. When I opened her up, it was apparent the quality of this machine. You get what you pay for. How many espresso kitchen appliances would I have to buy in the time I have this? This will be less expensive in the long run. Ok this review is almost done…. For reference I am using a DF83 grinder. The functions and the quality of coffee coming out of this machine is amazing. The buying experience and the couple of times I dealt with WLL customer service has been a pleasure.

It was purchased as a gift, so not much on professional opinion but he loves it. So far it looks really good, and espresso is delicious.
