According to the sizes i was a large but i ordered a xl because i like to wear them a little higher up and i am glad I did the fet perfectly and if you get the taps just right you almost forgot you are wearing them. Plus these are great for wearing in public they are more discreet than most and can hold a good amount.

Everything was perfect in the box but tthe box was completely destroyed. Amazing product
