Nude Rubber Base Coat

Nice product, colour not accurate

This is a great rubber base coat - it works well as a rubber builder gel - thicker than a normal base coat and fantastic for my soft, short bendy nails. However, I will note that the colour on the screen is not the same as on my nails - it may be my skin tone, but it looks way more peachy/orange in real life than in the images. I'm going to try a pink rubber base and see if that looks better.

Disappointed

Have been using builder gel with no problems and loving it (no problems after 3 weeks) but after thoroughly reading the builder vs rubber gelous article, I thought the rubber might be a better option for my bendy nails. Bought the nude because I love the colour of the nude builder gel but when I tried it, they are not the same. The rubber is a lot more peachy toned and I don’t think reflects the photos. It also state stop bubble and chip within a few days which I have never experienced with the builder gel. I’d trimmed my nails really short too, so even more disappointing they’d chipped. The article says you can use both rubber and builder together but this seems to defeat the purpose of the pros of each of them. Disappointed with the colour and durability and not looking forward to having to take it off and restart the process after only a few days wear.

Great quality base coat

I used this as my nails are weak and it definitely felt more solid. Felt a little strange at first when im used to using a normal base coat that is also clear. The colour is a nice nude. I followed with nude builder gel, forever and always, then pearlescent moonstone.
