Very thick paste

Didnt realize it would be so thick. Or is it old? Really had to squeeze hard. Also didn’t realize its not nano hydrox. It’s pretty abrasive compared to other ones ive tried, but they were nano not micro. Also no directions on tube, rinse or not to rinse? Other than that….time will tell. Why not use nano though?

My teeth and mouth feel cleaner, and my teeth are smoother too! So many body processes begin in the mouth, I'm glad to be supporting that microbiome!
