Amazing!! Trimmed totally clean!
The fat arrived in heavy, shrink wrapped packages. ALL meat was totally trimmed off. Cleanest, solid, best fat ever to render down. Shipping was really high though due to air shipping prices. It was delivered to me in Texas and still mostly frozen when it arrived.
