THE BEST CHICKEN LEGS

We've purchased Misty Knoll chicken products for year, but a year ago switched to organic farm raised chicken. It has been a big disappointment because that chicken was tasteless and tough. Our food co-op does carry Misty Knoll chicken breasts, wings, and boneless thighs. I want bone-in chicken so I can make broth from the bones, so I had have special order the bone-in thighs from my co-op. I am very happy that Yankee Farmer's Market carries Misty Knoll and recently ordered the legs. Last night I made baked chicken thighs, and it was the best chicken we've had in a year! Tastes like chicken, the meat is tender, juicy, and I'm so glad we've switched back to Misty Knoll. I'll be making soup from the drumstick portion, plus I've just re-ordered more legs, and drumsticks from Yankee Farmer's Market, and it will arrive in a day or two. Can't beat that.
