Have made 3 Pilseners to date with various ratios of Brew Co's Saaz and Riwaka hops all terrific. I have settled on Riwaka for bittering and 50/50 Riwaka/Saaz for flavouring and Saaz for a aroma. The Saaz has a softer more delicate aroma and taste suitable for a Czech Pilsener . Cheers Eileen

A true classic!
As a big fan of a classic bohemian pilsner but never having brewed one I went straight to CZ Saaz for my first attempt. While I didn't completely nail the perfectly balance pilsner finish first time this hop really hit the mark. Such a great subtle floral, earthy fragrance that just shouts bo-pils! As always the hops from beerco are in great shape when they go into the beer being fresh and fragrant with no noticeable staling or off flavours/aromas. Thanks for the good work guys!
