Galaxy Hops, gladiator malt

Used these to make a pacific pale ale along the lines of stone and wood. Steeped the gladiator malt and first addition of galaxy hops for 20min before adding to my fermentor with pale malt and wheat malt extracts. Stteeped grain and hops smelt fantastic. Cant wait to taste the final result
