Why would anybody waste money on this? Nothing works! The device won’t connect to or even recognize Wi-Fi, and no one from customer service ever responds. Absolutely frustrating and a complete waste of money!

Didn't like customer service. This product was ordered in accident when i was try to see what it would be with the discount code. If it was cheaper than amazon or not. As soon as it showed ordered i reached out to cancel it and they refused. Said it was already processing so i would have to wait till it showed up. Now they are being a pain about getting a return label. If anyone orders this product od order from a different site where you can actually get help not frkm a robot

Update: beqare that the so k itself is easy to lose and there is no way you can find it. I reavhed out to customer suppoet and waiting to hear back. For this price, you should be able to easily track it. Will provide an update. Easy to set up and use. Brings me orace if mind as a grandmother. My dayghtet had iy and i bought ine for my home when he’s here. You can use up to 18 months.
