I already love this plant. I have had 3 or 4 of them at this point. Sadly, our area has a lot of pests and diseases, so outdoor plants have shorter lifespans. I try to propagate my succulents so I have a backup copy, but that doesn't always work. I already have propagated this one three times, and one of the props in a open terrarium is doing better than the mother plant.
The sedum is related to the Mexican sedum that is sometimes called 'lemon coral' sedum. Like that one, this is cold tolerant, but this also tolerates hot South TX summers. (White sedum can do that, too)
I love this plant as a bushy miniature in terrariums and fairy gardens. It's almost a little green lawn, but more of a foreground/border plant on the miniature scale.
