I am absolutely obsessed with my T necklace from Simple & Dainty. It’s delicate, elegant, and honestly even prettier in person than it looked online. The quality feels amazing and the packaging made the whole experience feel so luxurious and thoughtful. What impressed me most though was the customer service — my original package was unfortunately mis-delivered by USPS, and Moana was incredibly kind and responsive through the entire process. Once USPS confirmed the issue, Simple & Dainty immediately sent me a replacement order completely free.
