Never rec'd item
When I first contacted you that I hadn't rec'd the item, I was told to WAIT a few days. I did. When I contacted you to say I still hadn't rec'd it, I was told you wouldn't re-send and I should contact the shipper. Only when I complained about THAT did you offer to re-send - as long as I paid the re-shipping costs. If THAT had been your first response, I might have considered it, but after being told to wait first, and then "tough luck" after that, I no longer wanted it and barely even watch the youtube channel anymore.

I love all my products from Sam the cooking guy
What can I say the knives are excellent and the BFF seasoning is incredible. Not to mention the 12 inch cast-iron. Sam the cooking guy frying pan. I love them.!
