Ground Anchor Kit

I bought the Ground Anchor Kit when I bought the standard 1000 ramp because I knew that back of the boat would be at or near the water. I subsequently bought the extension, which means that the boat is now completely our of the water so I'm not sure I need the anchor any longer, but re-installed it anyway. If you have rocky soil the installation of the ground screw might be a slog, but it eventually gets down into the soil. An extra feeling of security, I guess.
