Order received empty damaged box with dirty piece of material looking like a dirty dress. Reported to police and Customer Care.I was contacted by Joni and promised re-delivery asap. Such a customer service is really something else considering my product was simply stolen. 2 hours earlier I lost faith in humanity but Joni brought it back. Lost for words.
