PROS: The boots are beautiful!! Nice quality, fun unique design that is not found anywhere else. Customer service is kind. Price for the product is high, but the quality would seem to be worth it.
CONS: Customer service is practically NON EXISTENT, takes weeks to hear from a human. The timeframe from order placement to delivery is ridiclously long.
Final statement…I would LOVE to order another pair, the green ones look beautiful, and I wouldnt mind the cost …IF the product was provided in a timely manner. 30 days would be acceptable, but was not the case- about 120 days total with and exchange for a different size. Sadly, due to this, I doubt we’d ever order again, but will enjoy the boots we FINALLY received. Good luck if you choose to order!
