Deceptive about what it can handle

I want to start by saying this is a quality product. this particular model however is very impractical if you receive a lot of mal that is larger than letter size. the upper drawer is way to small to take larger envelopes, and forget bubble mailers. I want to swap this for the non locking version so that my mailman doesn't revolt on me (two days waiting on Customer service reply BTW). I wanted this to be able to get multiple days of mail when I am traveling. its big enough, you just cant get any medium items into the box.

Can’t install with wrong screws and poor instructions.

We’ll see how I like the mailbox when I finally get to install it. The wrong screws were supplied with it for attaching it to the post I also bought from Adoorn. For over a week now, Adoorn has been unable to make this right by sending me the correct screws. In addition, the installation instructions are very sketchy and incomplete. This company is better at promoting its products on the internet than in providing what is needed to actually install and use them.

Poor customer service
