Thin flimsy metal

This package drop box was a disappointment right out of the gate. The metal is surprisingly thin and feels flimsy for something meant to protect deliveries. It arrived in rough shape—dented panels, chipped paint, and a warped door that doesn’t sit properly. Customer service did eventually agree to send a replacement after some back and forth, but unfortunately it’s currently out of stock. So now it’s a waiting game. If and when it finally shows up, here’s hoping it arrives in better condition and actually reflects the quality you’d expect.

I didn’t realize I was going to have to put this together. Luckily, I am handy and the put-together was easy enough. Once built, I like it and it looks as nice as a large package receiving lock box can look on one’s front porch. I have it directly under the Adoorn wall mount mailbox (both in black) which look nice together. Both meet 21st century needs for receiving mail and parcels and look great too.

Love it, holds larger packages than expected. I am sad however, that I couldn't order it in the same blue color that I purchased my mailbox. (that color is no longer an option on the website).
