Good for music but not for sleep stories because it sounds like it’s under water

Love it
This is working great for me. I use a thin pillow and I can hear it well without bothering my parner at all. Love the minimal design, 1 hour shutoff timer, long battery life. Only complaint is that with the brand I was using previously, I could connect it to my phone via Bluetooth before falling asleep and it would remain connected when I woke up in the night. This one I have to go through connecting it again every time I wake up.
