Damaged box

My grandson says it works. It was shipped in a large box. When opened the item was in a very damaged box, torn open and taped up. I worried the item was damaged. It should never have been shipped in this condition.

the steering wheel itself is very good but it didn't work in forza horizon 5 or racerom without some other apps to alter the d-input and the x-imput

I've been testing the wheel for over a week now, and I honestly think there's no better option to start in simracing. The force feedback is perfect, and you can really feel every corner and kerb. The paddle shifters are amazing, and although I expected the pedals to have less travel, I think they're great. The only small piece of constructive criticism I'd add is that if the brake pedal had more resistance, it would be incredible.
