Spellbound Lace Tee

I ordered from this brand expecting elevated quality, thoughtful presentation, and attention to detail — especially considering the positioning and image surrounding it. Unfortunately, the experience felt far from premium. The packaging arrived looking careless and underwhelming. The postcard inside was bent and damaged, which immediately took away from what should have felt like a special unboxing experience. More concerning was the garment itself — loose threads, uneven stitching, and finishing details that simply did not reflect the level of quality I expected. Luxury is not only about aesthetics or marketing — it is about craftsmanship, presentation, and making customers feel that care was put into every detail. Sadly, this order felt rushed and cheaply executed. I truly wanted to love this brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expected much more.
